Established in 1993, FairPlay International AD (FPI) is a company active in: investment, construction, development and management of real estate, hospitality and tourism.

FPI has developed and manages three class A office buildings - FPI Business Center, FPI Business Hub and Hill Tower Business Center with a total leasable area of over 23,000 sq.m.. All three buildings are built to the highest modern standards of the industry and enjoy great interest among tenants. They are leased with long-term contracts.

FPI started the construction of an innovative green building of the highest class on Sofia's Yanko Sakazov Blvd., in close proximity to the Vasil Levski monument and the five-star Hyatt Hotel in beginning of October 2021. The project will offer 10,000 sq.m. leasable area of which 9,000 sq m offices and 1,000 sq.m retail and amenity areas. Key features are the large floor plate with up to 2,200 sq.m per floor, clear height 3.10 m, state-of-the-art air conditioning and features. The remarkable design of the building will position it as one of the emblematic buildings in the central part of the capital.
